Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Masjid Portal provided by Prayertimes.dev (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be an authorised representative of the masjid you register or administer. By signing up you confirm that you have permission from the relevant committee or trustees to manage that masjid’s listing on Prayertimes.dev.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@prayertimes.dev if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your masjid, including prayer and jamaat times, contact details, and address. Knowingly publishing false information may result in your account being suspended.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the portal to:

• publish misleading or harmful content
• impersonate another masjid or organisation
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or data
• violate any applicable law or regulation

5. Subscription and billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Billing is handled securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the Subscription section of your masjid settings.

6. Content you upload

By uploading logos, timetable PDFs, or other content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service. You retain ownership of your content.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the portal available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates at any time.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prayertimes.dev is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the portal.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the portal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
